    Order Processing & Cancellation

    At EdgeGlow, we take extra care in preparing your fashion-forward pieces. Our boutique production process means orders take 3-5 business days to process (5-7 days during peak seasons). You may cancel within 48 hours of purchase by emailing [email protected]. After this period, your order enters our quality assurance phase and cannot be canceled - but our generous return window gives you plenty of time to decide.


    Returns & Exchanges

    We want you to love your EdgeGlow pieces as much as we do. You may return unworn, tag-attached items within 28 days of delivery (extended from standard retail policies). Exchanges are accepted within 35 days to accommodate our global customers. Start your return at www.edgeglow.shop and select your preferred option. Note: Clearance items marked "Last Chance" are excluded from returns.


    Return Conditions

    To maintain our quality standards, returns must: (1) Be in original unworn condition with all tags (2) Include protective EdgeGlow packaging (3) Show no signs of alteration. Our quality team performs detailed inspections upon receipt. Items not meeting standards will be returned to you within 14 business days with an explanation.


    Refund Processing

    Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive your return - this extended period ensures proper evaluation of each item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. For credit card/PayPal payments, allow an additional 3-5 days for bank processing.


    Shipping Responsibilities

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or damaged item). We strongly recommend using tracked shipping - EdgeGlow cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit. For exchanges over $250, we provide prepaid return labels (cost deducted from refund if unused).


    Damaged/Defective Items

    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email [email protected] within 10 days of delivery with clear photos. We'll arrange free return shipping and either expedite a replacement (subject to availability) or issue a full refund including original shipping costs.


    Special Circumstances

    Made-to-order and personalized items cannot be returned. Holiday purchases (November 20-January 5) enjoy an extended return window until January 20. EdgeGlow reserves the right to limit returns from customers with return rates exceeding 50% of orders.
